I’ve been purchasing their sprays for the past five years, and Magnolia is by far my favourite scent.
However, there is a major manufacturing defect with the spray bottles that, unfortunately, remains unresolved to this day.
Instead of producing a proper, fine mist, the nozzle releases the fragrance in a concentrated stream of liquid, which makes it very inconvenient to use.
I have already raised this issue with them, but unfortunately, no permanent solution has been provided. I currently have two bottles, both with exactly the same problem.
As a loyal customer for five years, I genuinely love their fragrances, but it is simply unreasonable to expect customers to keep visiting the store just to have faulty spray bottles replaced.
I really hope they take this recurring issue seriously and finally address the manufacturing defect rather than continuing to offer temporary replacements.
