Exchange & Refund Policy – UAE

Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide to return an eligible product after delivery, our team will arrange collection of the product at no additional return collection charge. Once the returned product has been received and approved, the product amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note that the original delivery charge paid when placing the order is non-refundable and will therefore not be included in the refund.

Exchanges

For eligible exchanges, we will arrange the exchange delivery at no additional delivery charge to the customer.

Items being returned or exchanged must be unused, in resalable condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Products that do not meet the required condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Only the eligible product amount will be refunded; the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
